Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
What We Ask
Because all decants are hand-filled to order and involve direct contact with fragrance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or error. We encourage you to review fragrance notes carefully before purchasing — and reach out if you have any questions before you buy.
